Everything your Madrasah needs in one system
MadrasahOS is built around modules. Each one covers a specific part of running a Madrasah. Start with what matters most and add more as you go.
Core modules
Available on all plans. Turn individual modules on or off from your settings.
Hifz Tracker
Log Sabaq, Sabaq Dohr and Dohr daily. Track line counts, grading and record para/juz completions for every student.
Student Attendance
Take registers quickly and pull reports by class, student or date range. Persistent absences are flagged for follow-up.
Holiday Requests
Parents submit requests through the portal for staff to approve or decline from the admin panel.
Calendar and Events
Manage term dates, Madrasah events and short courses in one calendar. Events can link to class or school announcements.
Behaviour Management
Award points for good behaviour and note areas for improvement at class and school level. Parents see their child's record in the portal.
Surah and Du'a Tracker
Track each student's memorisation of individual Surahs and Du'as alongside or separately from the main Hifz programme.
Announcements and Chat
Post updates to individual classes or the whole school. Parents receive them through the portal feed.
Parent Portal
Every parent gets their own login. Progress, attendance, behaviour and holiday requests all in one place.
